Brief Work History
Gregory R. Wilson has practiced law full-time focusing on the tax area since 1996. Previously Greg was a tax associate with Berliner Cohen in San Jose, KPMG LLP (M&A Tax Group) in Los Angeles, and Titchell, Maltzman, Mark & Ohleyer, PC in San Francisco. Greg started his own practice, Gregory R. Wilson, Attorney-at-Law, in November 2006. He also serves as Of-Counsel to the law firm of Springs & Associates, P.C., a boutique law firm in San Francisco focusing on trusts and estates.
Greg was previously an Adjunct Professor at Whittier Law School where he taught Federal Income Taxation and an instructor at the University of West Los Angeles where he taught both Principles of Accounting and Wills, Trusts and Estates.
